Emily Jones is a land and redevelopment specialist with a deep background in infill housing and urban development. She recently joined The Bove Group at Colliers as a key partner alongside top-producing broker Aaron Bove, with a shared mission to establish San Diego’s leading Land and Redevelopment Group.

Prior to entering brokerage, Emily served as Director of Real Estate at a local homebuilding and development firm, where she led efforts to identify housing opportunities through market research, zoning analysis, and development underwriting. This experience gives her a unique developer’s perspective and equips her to guide clients through the complexities of entitlement and land use strategy.

At The Bove Group, Emily plays a strategic role in supporting Aaron Bove, his team, and their development clients by sourcing sites, conducting feasibility studies, and providing actionable zoning insights — particularly for projects navigating San Diego’s high-density overlays such as Complete Communities, Sustainable Development Areas (SDA), and Transit Priority Areas.

Driven by a passion for shaping the built environment, Emily bridges development expertise with brokerage advisory, helping Aaron’s team and their clients unlock value through thoughtful infill and redevelopment strategies.
