John Lochrie joins the Bove Investment Team with a strong foundation in sales and leadership, developed through three years of building and managing teams in the solar industry. With a family background in real estate development - particularly in land use and zoning - John brings both passion and perspective to his transition into real estate.

Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of San Diego, John is committed to integrating advanced market knowledge, financial insight, and development strategy into his work. His goal is to deliver exceptional value to owners, buyers, and developers through informed guidance and forward-thinking solutions.
