Robbie Swindell is an Associate with The Bove Investment Team at Colliers, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and land investment properties throughout San Diego County. With a strong foundation in financial analysis and market research, Robbie provides clients with data-driven insights and strategic advisory focused on value-add and infill opportunities.

Prior to joining Colliers, Robbie spent four years with a mid-sized multifamily brokerage firm in Los Angeles, where he gained extensive experience underwriting investment properties, evaluating redevelopment potential, and tracking emerging submarket trends across Southern California’s urban core. His analytical approach and passion for uncovering underutilized assets make him a valuable partner to investors and developers alike.

Robbie earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Development from the University of California, San Diego, where his coursework emphasized real estate finance, urban economics, sustainable development, and land use policy.
